iPhone 11 is locked and I can open it

I was doing a restore on my iPhone 11 and the Mac computer froze and the phone did as well. The computer is back up but the iPhone’s apple logo will come up and go away. I tried a soft and hard reset both, but nothing has worked. If you connect it to the computer it doesn’t recognize that there is anything there. Any help would be great
