IOS 14.3 Shortcut Issue

Ever since updating to iOS 14.3, every time I make a FaceTime call, when I open an app that has a shortcut it show “FaceTime shortcut” at the top and it won’t go away. It also doesn’t allow me to use the app that I just opened. So far the only resolutions I have found are to either restart my phone, or exit the app and reopen it through the app switcher. Wondering if anyone else has this issue or and resolution for it
