Trojan virus
it says I have a Trojan virus but I’m not sure if it’s fake or not. How can I check if I actually have one?

If you didn't Jailbreak your iPhone there is no reason to check. The popup is bogus and should be ignored.

Unless you gave them your information, they won't have it. Where possible, consider that compromised and change it.
Applications won't have access to others' data. You don't need to erase the iPhone.

Delete that application, and if applicable, ask for a refund.

What should I do if I downloaded the app
I did that but now will they have my information? How can I stop it should I reset my phone?
Should delete everything on my phone and start it like a new one?
I was panicking and didn’t know what to do so I downloaded the app thru the App Store and did the free trial but I didn’t give the credits card information or anything like that only if Apple did.
