I have an iphone 5 SE phone with 14.3 software. I want to restore the backup of the iphone 5 SE to an iphone 6 with software 12.5.1 but it does not work. How can I restore the iphone 5 SE to an iphone 6 with 12.5.1 ???

You can't. Backups can't be restored to an unit running a lower iOS version, and it's not possible to install 14.3 on an iPhone 6.
