tried the support suggestions “option, command, p, r” and getting no where.


not finding anything that leads me anywhere online. Any suggestions greatly appreciated... was working fine 1.5 hrs ago

If your Mac starts up to a question mark - Apple Support

or

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support


If nothing helps then you may need to Contact Apple Support.
