Everytime I try to download an app, it always asks for verification and billing information over and over again, and it never downloads any apps. How do I fix this?

App Store Hello, Every time I try and re-download something it says “verification Required. Tap continue to view billing information”. After I do that it still doesn’t download the app that I want.

If you can’t download or update any apps, including free apps, and you see a message about billing or payment, learn what to do.
