I took an Icloud backup and it was successful. But a data from a particular day is missing. Icloud storage is not the problem and the customer support couldn't help me. Those photos were important to me. Is there any possible way that I can recover it? Thanks

Well, if the photos were stored in iCloud Photos, they are not part of a backup as they are already stored in iCloud. Therefore, the photos would either be located in iCloud Photos, a Hidden folder (if you chose to hide the photos), or the Recently Deleted folder.
If the photos aren't in any of those areas, it sounds like they are irrevocably gone.

They weren’t helpful. The customer executive suggested me to post it in Apple discussion.
I checked every file but it is not there. The customer executive even said that it was strange. And i’m really dissapointed with this i really can’t afford to lose those pictures :(
It sounds like they may be irrevocably gone, sorry.
