I lost all my pictures n videos n some contacts from my not being able to back up since 2018 . Its there a way to recover the lost photos n contacts ? I cloud only gave me everything from 2018

If you were not making regular iCloud or iTunes backups, then no. There is simply nowhere to recover the last two years of data from if you did not back it up or copy it somewhere.
