My passport WD was working well in my previous MacBook Pro Mid2012. I have now the new MacBook Air M1, it sees the external hard disk, but it does not open the password application. what should I do to solve this problem?

If the password application was 32-bit, it won’t run on macOS 10.15 or later. See if WD has an updated version of the app.

Hi guys so we call this Apple support for some problems with my new M1 macbook air so one of worker by name of Jason answer the call .he was the smartest person I ever met he solve my problems so quick with excellent communication skills.
