iPad infinity loop stuck in Apple logo

So I just got my iPad get 8 about two days ago and last night I try tú set it if and get all my information from my phone to the iPad so I plugged it in to my laptop and try to start the update well the iPad then starter turning on and off with the Apple logo going on a infinity loop I have try putting it on restoring more and it did one and so I try the update choice nothing happened then I try the Restore option and nothing happened either and since then is been doing the same for a whole nigh

You've come to the right place, the community would be happy to assist. You mentioned that nothing happened when using recovery mode to update/restore your iPad, can you elaborate on that for us? For example, did the process complete but with no results, did you receive any error messages, etc.

Also, are these the exact steps taken when performing the recovery mode update/restore? More specifically, the "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up" section: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
