Deleted home pageon iphone 6s

Hi. I have accidentally deleted the home page on my iphone. All my most popular icons are not there including Settings, App Store, Messages. How do I restore them. I did find a Apps Library page but don't know how to get to it and restore them. Can anyone help me please?

You may have hidden it

If you really did delete it (not sure you can) then you can drag icons from App Library to any home screen in the normal way

Or you can Settings, General, Reset, Reset home screen layout, but that is the Nuke option.
