My Bluetooth headphones aren’t being recognized on my new iPad 12.9

I have two Bluetooth headsets. That I’ve used with my iWatch and iPhone and an old iPad. All are identified under Settings/Bluetooth/My devices.

On my new iPad 12.9 (which has all software updates) & after a Power off and restart; the iPad 12.9 does not recognize either of my Bluetooth headsets.

Any ideas to get these connected?

Thanks!
