Changing the Hide Shortcut

Hi, I want to change the cmd+H respectively just add another one shortcut to hide the window. I do not know how to define the new shortcut - Hide [Name of app/in my case all apps]. What should I type in my brackets I've mentioned here?

Mac mini, macOS 11.1

?

I suspect anything you want...

new

custom

hide

If it were me I would not mess with such fundamental default key combinations, unless there was some overwhelmingly compelling reasoning— you do not have to explain yourself here.

Command H

Command W

Command Q

Command Tab

etc

I don't know if you understand me. I don't know how to replace the [???] from my screenshot under Menu Title - if it was only for Safari - it will be - Hide Safari, but I need to hide all other apps with this shortcut too, no just one special.
Command H is sometimes unreachable for me - with one hand.

And shift command Y makes this easier (?) OK

No I did not understand, but since 'all applications' is select— my question would be is it mandatory to change the [???]

Maybe there is a conflict?
