iOS 12.5.1 update disabled WiFi and greyed out button, reset doesn't restore WiFi
WiFi was working fine on my iPad Mini 2 yesterday on iOS 12.5.0, and overnight the iPad updated to 12.5.1 and this morning I find the WiFi is disabled and the button to toggle it is greyed out. Resetting all network settings didn't fix the issue either
