I need to update to Mojave from High sierra but I have 4 incompatible updates so
I'm not getting the option to download mojave. One is iMovie and the other 3 are numbers, pages and keynote which I deleted from my apps. For the last 3 it's saying 'This updates contains stability and performance improvements'

FWIW, Pages, Numbers & Keynote now require Catalina 10.15 for the latest versions.
Actually I thought I had deleted numbers, pages and keynote but it appears not.

Did you check if your Mac is compatible with one of the upgrades? You haven't mentioned what Mac and what year you have.
