How can i get my locked notes?

I forgot my password for the locked notes and i need them. I did the face id and it didn’t allow me to open it. I tried to reset the password but still locked.

There is no way to recover locked notes without the password that was used to lock them. See→How to lock notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
