wiping clean an old ipad

hi. i recently upgraded my iPad and set the new device up today. I am trading in my old device, and need to prepare it so that I can mail it back to Apple

I'm looking for instructions on what I need to do in order to clean the old iPad for trade-in. The trade-in email I received from Apple, included a link but the link did not provide instructions.

Could you please help?
