AirPods Pro can’t play music

AirPods Pro couldn’t play music although Bluetooth checked & its connected.

Have you tried to reset?

I’ve fixed it already, I cleaned up the case & the left & right pods with alcohol wipes. Then I connected & tried it on again & it works. I’m so happy so I cancelled my appointment with the Genius Bar support straightaway.
