Change the Apple ID country
Is there any way to change the country of my Apple ID without cancelling my Apple Music subscription. Additionally, if I have to cancel the subscription, can I get my library back when I subscribe again?

You can't change your country with an active subscription. When you resubscribe, you probably won't get your old library back since it is a new subscription.
