To Update your iPhone:

There are two important steps: Backup first, then Update. You should backup your iPhone first, and then proceed with the update. When updating your iPhone, use a the iPhone itself or a computer (a Mac, or a PC even) to update it.

1. Important:

Backup First - Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer. That way you can have something to restore you iPhone from, should anything go wrong with the update installation. Be certain to use an external hard drive of at least 1.5 your iPhone's' internal storage, assuring you have enough backup storage.


2. Then, Update Using Links:

Note: Disable Cellular when updating on the iPhone, to avoid cellular use.
