Restoration of an iPhone SE

I tried to restore an iPhone SE and it said 5 times- The iPhone "iPhone" could not be updated. An unknown error occurred. (75) I also now can't get the phone out of recovery mode. I have tried all the things on the website and nothing works. Please help!
