Can't be activated

I bough the phone from one month ago and it was fine until yesterday it couldn't find the service if my carrier and then i tried an erase for all settings and content after that iphone is not getting activated i tried itunes but the phone is shutting down after a bit of time even though it shows high battery percentage and connected to my laptop so it's getting power from it
