Iphone 11 connectivity Issues after IOS 14.3 update

My Iphone 11 has been struggling hard to connect to my carrier network and drops my WiFi connection to the point that It locks it out so I cant find my WiFi Network. All of this started after the IOS 14.3 update. Any solution on how to correct this? Its like my phone is useless and I have to keep Shutting it down and restarting it, not to mention Resetting my connections in the General Settings Reset tab. What the Heck Apple what did you do to my phone??

Let's start by looking at your connecting to your carrier network. Are you seeing any error messages or alerts on your iPhone? Do you ever see Searching or No Service on your Menu bar? If so, this resource can help: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Then, tell us more about your Wi-Fi connection. You mentioned that it drops and then it locks out. What do you mean by that? Does your network no longer show under Settings > Wi-Fi? If so, have you restarted both your iPhone and your router and/or modem? That can help.
