It is saying no eligible Apple Pay cards were found in my wallet

It is saying my account is disabled in iTunes and the App Store. And no eligible Apple Pay cards were found in my wallet

, which makes no sense, being as I use my Apple Pay all the time

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
