my mailbox is showing as read only with no visible emails

I was trying to organize my email inboxes and folders on both my iMac and my iPhone. Now my main email is showing as "read only" and there are no visible emails. Help!

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your email. We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.


Let's go ahead and restart your Mac. Even though this sis a simple step it may help: Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac


If the issue persists can you provide a few more details? How were you organizing your mails and folders? What was changed on your Mac? Also, which accounts are you currently experiencing issues with?
