How do i download IOS 12?

How do i upgrade my mac? it is not showing up in my App Store under upgrades and i need at least IOS 12

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your Mac model's recent enough, download High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur through the links provided.

iOS 12 is for iOS devices, not Macs.
