Desktop view issues

I recently switched to iPhone from android. I run a trucking business and use my phone for work all day. My issue with iPhone is when I go on my browser whether it be safari, chrome or Mozilla I can’t view the site for the port terminal on desktop view. Looks the same on desktop as it does on mobile. With Android I did not have this issue. I need this site as they are still working on an app, but it’s my only source to make appointments for my drivers throughout the day. My question is... is there a way to fix this? Is it a screen resolution issue or is it a apple issue. I need help because otherwise this phone is a set back for me. Please help. I have attached the iPhone desktop view and the Android desktop view

Wow, sorry to hear about your problem.

I was going to recommend that you try another browser, for example, Chrome on your iPhone, but according to your post, you've already done that. Hmm.

If I had to guess, I would say that the app only works properly on an Android device. Do other applications display properly on your iPhone? For example, open Safari and then go to Amazon.com. Does it display properly?

Do you have any way to contact the app developers for the TERMPoint Dashboard?

For the app I would need to wait for them to finish it that’s in the works. But the browser web page should stay as mobile when I switch to desktop mode and on iPhone it does. Just thought maybe there was a configuration apple missed or could do in order to fix the issue. This is my lifeline and phone is nice but will have to go if it doesn’t work.
