Most apps dont sit right on my new 13 pro max

Oka so i checked the accessability tab and i didnt have zoom on or anything, however apps like YouTube and TikTok that i usually use have parts of the content displayed on screen cut off, and i can’t see the whole content. like this video on YT have the top and bottom part cut off, same goes for TT on both sides of the screen. This is really frustrating for me and please give me a way to fix this
