Health app

I deleted my health app and I need it back now it’s not in the App Store and it’s not on my iPhone at all how can I enable it again?

The Health app can’t be deleted, so it is somewhere on some page of your Home screen. If you have iOS 14 go to the last page of the Home screen, find it there in theApp Library and drag it back onto the Home screen.
