On the older Iphone 11 regular, XR with an screen of 6.1 inch you could obtain split screen in agenda, messages, settings. however on my new Iphone 12 PRO with the same 6.1 inch size screen i can't have this split screen. how do i get it? how is it possible a cheap XR can do it and not the pro?

No split screen on any iPhone.
In my wife's XR split view works flawlessly with Mail, Calendar, Messages and so on. Just got iP 12 and split view doesn't work in any of these apps even if I set smallest font size.. The same iOS (14.3) on both phones. Too bad as it is very useful feature to have on these bigger, frameless screens!!
Judging by other entries it is a bug either in iP 12 or in XR/11 ;-)
iPad can do it. iPhone can not.
Actually that's not right. I know people with the 11 and XR and when they put it on landscape they have a sort of split screen..
my sisters 11 can do it..
