i have a problem since i bought the iphone 12 pro max can't receive notification from instagram outside the app it only apears when im using the instagram app my phone is updated and the app too all my notification settings are turned on from the phone as well from the app i have tried every youtube solution rebooting and reinstalling everything please help

It sounds like your notifications for Instagram isn't working as expected and that you've tried to check the notifications within the Settings app. Have you checked the notification settings within Instagram to make sure they're correct?
You can also uninstall the app and download it again from the App Store to see if that improves the behavior.

HI thank you so much but as i said all my notification settings are turned on from the phone as well from the app its all on (messages, comments, tags...) and i've already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it many times
I'm in the same situation... I got my brand new iPhone 12 pro max and IG notification is not working. Every other notification yes, just the IG one.
