It isn't just Safari. See the following from: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html

Since Adobe no longer supports Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems.  

Adobe announced this would happen several years ago so I am surprised Direct TV would still be trying to use it, but you may want to contact their support.

Nobody uses Flash anymore and certainly not a satellite TV provider.

The Direct TV website does not use Flash.

At this point, you should not need Flash for anything.
