My ipad page document failed to jiggle when i tried to hold and move the document to another
I tried to create folder for my page documents, but the document did not jiggle when I hold it. Failure to move it to another document

The “jiggle” mode is used to arrange Apps and App folders on the iPad Home Screens. This mode is not used for moving files.
