The onscreen keyboard doesn’t have a <CTRL> Key. Most functions that would normally be accessed from an external keyboard, using a key modifier, are instead accessed from a long-touch - or by selecting a word or block of text - when you will either see onscreen options, or will find a suggestion at the top of the on-screen keyboard.
