what do i use in place of the ctrl key on the new ipad air4
Trying to copy cells in Google Sheets, on my iPad air4, where is my CTRL key on the onscreen keyboard?

The onscreen keyboard doesn’t have a <CTRL> Key. Most functions that would normally be accessed from an external keyboard, using a key modifier, are instead accessed from a long-touch - or by selecting a word or block of text - when you will either see onscreen options, or will find a suggestion at the top of the on-screen keyboard.
