I have subscribed to CBS-All Access via AppleTV+ and I am trying to open the CBS All Access App and it asks for an e-mail and password. I have entered my Apple ID/ICloud e-mail to no avail. Not sure which e-mail I should use to subscribe.
Thoughts are appreciated.

Apple TV+ is a subscription service itself, you do not subscribe to other services through it. That is like saying you subscribed to CBS all access through Netflix. The Apple TV+ subscription does not give you access to other services on its own.
If you subscribed through the CBS All access channel in the TV app, (different from Apple TV+) then you should be able to use your Apple ID to sign in the standalone CBS all access App.
