You don't. To regain access to the device, you have to wipe it to remove the passcode. This will wipe everything from the iPhone. From there, you can restore to your latest backup. If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Follow the steps in the support document I linked. You have to put the device into Recovery Mode.
