Deleting my old icloud account

Respected sir/madam

Long ago i deleted my gmail account permanently,and deleted my apple id in one mobile.while trying to signout my icloud account in another phone asking apple id password even though i know my old apple id password it's showing verification failed cannot find this person,i know that i already delete the old apple id in one mobile n i deleted my apple based gmail id permanently,kindly help me..

Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.

yeah!!i forgot to signout from one mobile before deleting my gmail and apple id account now i cant even signout my old apple id because whenever i try to erase all content it mentioning to sign in to my old apple id account which i was deleted..What is the solution for this now,even i cant reset the mobile becoause it is asking to sign in after entering the password verification failed n cannot find this person..
