Whatsapp data recovery

I was trying to 'restore chat history' but when I tried to click on it, I get a message saying 'couldnt restore chat history.'

I have sufficient storage on phone too but I am not able to do it.

Please help me with that.

iCloud is not recovering WhatsApp backup. Hi, I’ve try to recover whAtsapp in my old phone (my new one broke) and for some reason it keeps say “couldn’t restore chat history” 1- my phone storage in empty 2- the phone software is updated 3- I cloud has more than 150 gb free space, 4- iCloud is the storage model that I choose for whatsapp please help nothing works and I need the WhatsApp app ASAP. shay

WhatsApp is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or WhatsApp FAQ Or Restoring your chat history - WhatsApp FAQ or Contact WhatsApp
