GRAYED OUT MAILBOXES
I have several grayed out mailboxes. How can I get rid of them? I also have two identical "On My Mac" folders, one of which appears under Favorites. How can I get rid of one of them? Thanks!

To delete the Mailbox in Favourites: rightclick on it and leftclick on 'delete from favourites'
About the grayed out mailboxes: do you mean e.g. iCloud or Gmail, or your provider's name? Move your cursor to the right until you see a little arrow and click on it
