How do you start a Nike Training Club workout from your apple watch. Anytime i click on the app on my apple watch, I only get the message "It's time to train, Find a workout on your phone"
When i go to my phone and select a workout, i get a prompt saying "Get the most accurate health data, for better accuracy, begin workouts from your apple watch"
Please someone advice what I am meant to do.

If your Watch is not communicating with your iPhone for other things as well, try unpairing and re-pairing. You may not need to erase it, but a backup is made if you device to. Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
