I am trying to activate my fitness+ however it is not coming up on my fitness app. Both my IPhone X and Apple Watch series 6 are up to date but it still doesn’t show. When I enter my fitness app, the only two tan on the bottom are Summary and Sharing. What can I do to activate my fitness + trial period ? Thank you

Yes both iPhone and Apple Watch have on those versions.
no unfortunately, I am from none of the countries mentioned above. Maybe that’s why ?
