Different storage size

How is space calculated in the Files app and iPhone Storage??

In my iPhone storage I have only 30gb used. That is, it should be free about 80-90gb, but in Files i have only 65gb free.

where is correct?

You can check your phone's storage utilization with these steps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201656

Be aware that some of the Phone's memory is used for the operating system and certain system files. You will never be able to utilize the full memory capacity as on the label.
