FaceTime HD camera

Hi, During the video call, users on the other side are reporting a blurry image. Is it possible to set my camera quality somewhere on my macbook? I can't believe such an expensive laptop has such a bad camera. Model MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2019). Well thank you.
