Your 61W MacBook Charger can charge at lower wattages depending on what the end-user device needs.
iPhones can charge at a maximum of 29W (14.5V 2A). So using a 61W charger will only charge at 29W max., but will still be safe to charge with.
The phone won't draw any more power than it needs and can handle, no matter how much power the charger is capable of providing.
If you already have the 61 watt charger use it. If you have to buy one, get the 20 watt. It's one of the cheapest, and will charge as fast as any other charger.
