Recovering password for outlook email account that I used to open from my iPhone Mail app

Hi - Sometime during update my iPhone asked me for my outlook email account password that I used to open on iPhone Mail app. I could not remember so I guessed couple of times now I am locked out. I have tried to recover my email account many using Microsoft recovery form but I have not been successful. My question is - since I used to open the email from my iPhone can I find the password on my phone or any other method? It is not under "Password" button of iPhone settings. Any thoughts?
