iTunes genres no longer a choice

The latest iTunes no longer has the genre choice. Just artists, albums and songs. Is there a way to get it back? Thanks in advance.

Hover to the right of the work Library in the side bar and tap Edit. Enable the items you want to see.

how to get my iTunes back? I was trying to burn a playlist from iTunes to a disc. It was all grayed out. So, I decided to upload it to the Cloud --but now I can't fine my iTunes at all. I may have signed up for Apple music awhile ago (a big mistake- I hate it). could that be what prevent me from getting my music (which I've paid for! I own the songs!)
