Apple TV box

I bought the 4th generation Apple TV Box 2 weeks ago. Installed properly, used it for a week. Last week I tried to watch YouTube videos and I cannot. The app is there and shows what videos are available but when I click on any video I get a "Something went wrong" message. That is why I purchased this Apple TV Box, so I could watch YouTube videos. Please tell me how to fix this issue or I will have to return this item immediately.

You should start by doing an old fashion Internet restart. Please the following in this order:


1.     Restart Modem.

2.     Restart Router

3.     Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
