Applewatch will not unlock and Voiceover appears to be turned on, how do i fix this?

My Applewatch will not unlock even when putting in the passcode. The applewatch started talking (VoiceOver) and now it can not be unlocked. The suggested solutions are not working and it seems like the watch is not paired to the phone any longer. Tried pushing the crown 3 times quickly and that did nothing, the phone app can not connect with the watch, so the second suggestions does not work.

Hey siri does not work on the Apple watch either. Any help would be appreciated.

• Quickly press the Digital Crown (the round button) on your Apple Watch three times in a row.
• On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
• Or use Siri: use "Hey Siri" or press and hold the Digital Crown (round button) then say: “Turn off VoiceOver.”
