Apple Watch screen locked with voice text

So long story short.. my previous phone died so just got the apple XR so haven’t been able to pair my watch with my new phone yet.. however for some reason the voice setting was enabled on my watch and it won’t let me unlock my Lock Screen..so I can’t access my watch!!! Help….please … please :(

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
