Ordered a custom M1 18th November 2020 with extra ram and 1TB for UK delivery, the original delivery date was mid December 2020 then got pushed to January 15th - 22nd, what's going on? Its now the 19th of January 2021 still no movement, not happy, if there's no movement by the 22nd i will cancel order, has anyone else cancelled?
You should wait for 2 more weeks as COVID is not under control yet in the UK.
I ordered nearly a month and still no confirmation about delivery from them.

Typically delivers happen within the window given—January 15th - 22nd.

You are lucky. I ordered mine on November 30 and was just told the shipping time has now slipped to the second week of March.
